This is a much better approach than arriving with boxloads of fittings to be opened and assembled. It also means we can carry out installations at less cost to you.

Example: Minimising Disruption In Student Accommodation

A good example is the installation at six student accommodation sites in Nottingham, Sheffield and Leicester. Lighting Electricians Ltd delivered a programme of upgrade to LED Lighting Solutions, installing 23,000 LED fittings over a nine-month period.

The accommodation buildings remained occupied during this programme, so we worked around the students, respecting their privacy and maintaining a neat and tidy environment throughout. One way we achieved this was by assembling all the new fittings at our Peterborough facility. This meant we could install them quickly with minimal disruption.

Recycling Your Old Lighting

As we work through the retrofit of LED Lighting, we remove your existing lighting system and take it away as part of the service. This saves you the hassle and disruption of having to dispose of the existing components. We are able to recycle almost every component of old incandescent or fluorescent lighting systems. Our team removes about 20,000 light bulbs from companies every year, as well as thousands of old fittings. These are sent to a variety of organisations who professionally separate materials ready for recycling.
