3. We guarantee our people will act in a professional manner while on site 
   • We do this through our People commitment pledge which means that we are on your premises we will be polite, quiet, professional and abide by all of your company procedures
   • We aim to cause the minimum disruption on site and make the whole process as hassle free for you as possible
   • On a project we only use Lighting Electricians staff – we don’t use sub contractors

   • We do this through On site management with every project having a site manager who will communicate with you and provide daily project reviews 
5. We guarantee a fixed price – the price we quote for the work specified to be completed is fixed –

Our Five Year Lighting System Product Guarantee

We support our clients in the long term with a professional after care service. This begins with a five-year LED lighting systems product guarantee, which includes all parts and labour. This gives you the peace of mind that in the unlikely event of something going wrong, we will fix it quickly and free of charge.

Commercial led lighting monitoring

Through our professional after care service we also carry out regular service visits when your LED light installation is complete, scheduled every three to six months, to make sure it functions correctly and continues to deliver electricity savings.

This is where we send one of our professional electricians to visit your site and survey your LED industrial lighting. He or she will carry out all the appropriate tests, including how much wattage the system is utilising and you don’t have to remember to book this in; we will contact you at the appropriate time and arrange a convenient time for us to call.

Energy saving lighting certification

Once your LED energy saving lighting is installed, we issue you with a certificate to confirm we have tested it and that it complies with all the relevant health and safety regulations. We can also test emergency light systems and certify those too.
